The Always God Week 2 - Always Hearing

The Always God Week 2 - Always Hearing

Prayer matters. Prayer changes things. And God is always listening - hearing every prayer His kids are offering. Just as God called upon people to pray in the past and promised to hear their prayers… God continues to call people to pray because He is still hearing prayers today.

Graduation

This is a message to all of those who are graduating and entering into the next season of life. We love you, we are proud of you, we believe in you, and we are praying for you. “The LORD himself goes before you and will be with you; he will never leave you nor forsake you. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged.” –Deuteronomy 31:8

Memorial Day: 13 Folds

The ceremonial 13 folds of a flag helps us honor those who have given their lives in service to our country. We remember fallen soldiers who have made the ultimate sacrifice and we remember the scriptures; “Blessed are those who mourn, for they shall be comforted.” We pray, “God be near those who need comfort and draw close to those who mourn. Amen.”

We Will Remember

To many, Memorial Day is the official kick-off of Summer or just a vacation day from work. Our Memorial Day observance reminds us that it’s a day for remembering the amazing men and women who gave their lives to protect our freedom. John 15:13 states, “Greater love has no one than this: to lay down one’s life for one’s friends.” On the Sunday before Memorial Day, we will honor and remember their great sacrifice.
